Refugee / UN worker need to go personally with Documents for application need bring along : 

1. Majikan SSM - Borang D / Form9/49 (original 1set , copy 1set ) 

2. Director ic ( original to show , copy 1pc) 

3. Utility bill ie electric or water - same company address (original & copy 1pc) 

4. Refugee UN card (original & copy 1pc) 

5. UNHCR apply status letter (original & copy 1pc) 

6. Optional - original passport & copy front page 1pc 

Information need to fill up in form : 

Majikan contact numbers , working premise address (same with utility bill) 

Registration Fee :

RM50/pax , yearly renewal fee RM500/pax 

Process to apply & register : 

1. bring all documents to Ground floor counter for verify documents and fill up form 

2. Proceed to counter officer ,to do thumb print scan, photo shooting & voice recording

Day1 -

Register done at Ground floor RM50 , & get the login to MyRC app 

Day 7 -

Payment Rm500 at level 1 

Day 14 -

collect card
